2021年4月 量制衣服到2022年2月都沒有拿到,多次反映沒有下文, 必須親自打電話才知道原來自己還要再去跑第三次量制,電話客服反映多次也無效, 建議看到留言的軍人朋友, 請跟消基會反映或是嘉裕更高層, 他們才會處理

平常app容易當機,衣服尺寸到現場總共量了三次,送貨地址搞錯,送到的貨還是錯誤的,廠商到底的有什麼問題,是國軍的錢太好賺了嗎?還是國軍不懂得規劃,跟爛廠商合作。

沒有完善的退貨配套措施,退貨不便民,竟然要求一定要去門市退貨,難道除了高雄台北宜蘭澎湖之外的地方,都沒有海軍嗎? 外縣市的怎麼樣7天內有辦法搭高鐵跑一趟?車錢費用算誰的?對外縣市的買家,應該要有郵寄的退貨方式,今後拒買任何自費品項以示抗議! (已跟客服反應過此問題,也完全沒有要改進的打算)造成外縣市海軍權益受損這樣合理嗎?

昨日到貴站購買些消耗性衣物,順道了解一下四月初在app 申購的訂單為何至今遲遲沒有下文(期間已向客服詢問過兩次,依舊沒音訊),站內兩位服務小姐姐(一個短髮一個綁馬尾都戴眼鏡喔!)在聽到我的敘述(咔普鏈),向我表示因訂單的延誤感到抱歉,現況站內有我訂單物品的現貨,建議幫我取消線上訂單直接在站內取貨,很感謝她們兩位的主動協助在,在等了兩個多月終於拿到物品,在站內等候公司回覆的期間也請我見諒之前的久候,我說若你們公司的服務人員都跟妳們一樣的態度來處理狀況,那要讓消費者不開心也不容易啊~所以我才要來這裡好好的““投訴””她們兩個人的服務精神………西北賀

1/3開張第一天去買,要結帳的時候才告知系統故障不能結帳,我心裡想:好,算了沒關係。 但是還是很幹,堂堂一間服裝供應總站在新的一年開張第一天就搞這種事情。櫃檯說不能掃描QR 碼但是今天挑選的東西可以先留姓名跟電話,等系統好了會電話通知, 就將今天挑選的用膠帶黏好放在旁邊樓梯, 此時樓梯那邊已經一堆物品都是一樣的狀況了 回去之後 我就一直在等一直等, 到今天1/13才有機會過去一趟, 到櫃檯問你們系統好了嗎?她說好了, 我看旁邊樓梯上次堆疊的已經剩下5、6件了 明明說好會電話通知,就剩幾件也不通知 我脾氣也忍住了,結帳時櫃檯說我挑選的運動長褲已經下架,電腦裡面沒有建檔所以不行結帳,一聽到這邊髒話差點飆出來,我也還是忍住了 其他東西拿一拿直接走人, 這要是在外面商家營業能這樣搞嗎? 不要因為是接洽軍人生意就亂搞吧! 還是吃定我們不會去申述這種事情 有夠誇張

The building was designed comfortable and clear and the service there gave me a good experience. I suppose truly that it's a magnificent step to TWN supplements. They announced APP has been launched successfully so every seaman can just use it by smartphone at home. I'm a little disappointed and dissatisfied about the APP operating inconveniently.
