★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過年前都會買些冷凍食品，獅子頭就是必要的（配上大白菜紅燒煮湯均相宜），果貿社區賣獅子頭的有幾家，嚐遍了，這裡的獅子頭居冠無疑，實實在在的絞肉彈牙，口味正確鹹淡適中，值得列入私房菜單了！今天再次來買，時當午膳就坐下，點了些小菜和麵食，都是記憶中的眷村好味道，有一道“千張餛飩”，是用豆腐皮包肉餡的，令人驚豔！咱家2021年底，才發現並正視這家小麵食館的，以後當會時常來享用一番了。

自身餐飲經營30多年，喜愛舊村餐食有主觀也客觀。
凡舉任一餐飲業，定有其特色強項及理想中卻未能獲得消費者青睞的出品。
但舊村對我而言：乾淨整潔，食材新鮮，賣的是用心，缺少的是口水（偏我喜歡的也是不懂賣弄交際的兩夫妻）經我帶去的都讚不絕口，也和我一樣成為老主顧。
