Zuoying Tianfu Palace is a temple dedicated to Marshal Zhongtan by the lotus pond. According to the records of the temple, it was built in the Yongli period at the end of Ming Dynasty (after 1660). The ancestor Ke Chunxing came to Taiwan with the Zheng family, and greeted the Marshal of Zhongtan, the Chitose of Zhu's House, and the God of Ford for the sake of safety at the sea. He first worshipped at the home of Guoyi in Liujia Township, Tainan. His prestige and incense flourished. Camp, the oracle laid the foundation stone camp by the lotus pond in Zuoying.

Zuoying Tianfu Palace worships the Marshal of Zhongtan. The current scale is set in 1980. When Ming Zheng succeeded in driving away the Dutch, about 1660 AD, Mr. Ke Chunxing, a believer in Fuzhou, asked the marshal of Zhongtan for his protection in his hometown, and he accompanied him through the extremely sinister Heishui Ditch. He first settled in Liuguo, Tainan, in a private residence. A case was set up to enshrine it. Later, the Ke clan moved to Zuoying, Kaohsiung, and then moved to it. The mighty incense is flourishing, and the oracle should be at the foundation of the lotus pond. During the Pacific War, Zeng Xianling avoided air-raid artillery fire, which is obvious to all locals! The palace temple has a magnificent and gorgeous appearance. The open temple is guarded by a pair of large golden stone lions. The building is in the southern Fujian style: the roof is raised with arrows and double eaves, the corners of the eaves are gracefully raised on the ground, and then paved with noble golden glazed tiles. The horizontal ridge is an elegant Xishi swallowtail ridge, and the vertical ridges are decorated with auspicious beasts and flowers. The outer eaves are decorated with complicated knots, nets, and beads. The tall Ssangyong (Sea Dragon King) stone pillar has a four-clawed dragon (python) imperial road; beside the main entrance is a dragon stone drum, and the dragon gate is a stone lion. The Xumi seat of these goalkeepers is very simple and steady. The interior of the temple is also very gorgeous, with vermilion gilded pillars, ceiling netting on the inner eaves, the exquisite and complicated algae well in the main hall of the worship hall, the beams are decorated with relief paintings, and a pair of double dragon stone pillars in front of the altar marshal's case carved with noble cypress wood. The most outstanding is that people who worship incense daily must wear a white robe to perform.
