★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously the best sushi place in Kaohsiung! The torched nigiri set is amazing, the fish melts in your mouth! Make sure to make reservations and show up on time - they're usually booked and will give away your seat if you're late!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it is a little difficult to rate Japanese food cos the method and material most Japanese restaurants use are not as complicated as those of their Chinese counterparts use and cook. In addition to the freshness of material, the right proportion, timing, the cut, the appearance, the taste, etc. and of course, the culinary skills of the chef will determine the perfection and popularity of a Chinese restaurant.
For Japanese cuisine, the freshness, good material, the preparation and the taste, and the restaurant setting and decors are probably enough factors for patrons to savor everything on their menu. As for me, I will bring in one more factor that will influence my decision~ pricing. Pricing should match the value of food, service and cleaness of the restaurant.
This restaurant chain does match all above. That is why it was my third visit.
