★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話去確認下午的參訪時間，對方一副有這回事嗎？預約忘記就算了，在討論的過程中，我詢問可以約三點半嗎？參觀個半小時就好，對方一副很吃驚的樣子說半小時太久⋯令人不舒服，其實你就直接跟我說你們幾點比較方便就好，最後直接跟我說明年八月也沒名額，我現在訂位也沒用？跟一個禮拜前詢問的內容完全不同。
光靠電聯就令人感受不好，不是因為沒名額或不給參觀給一顆星，而是講好的預約被忘記，兩通電話中介紹的訊息也落差太大⋯不被尊重。
Call to confirm the visit time in the afternoon. Does the other party have anything to do with it? Even if you forget to make an appointment, during the discussion, can I ask about 3:30? It’s good to visit for half an hour, and the other party looked surprised and said that half an hour was too long...it was uncomfortable. In fact, you just tell me what time is more convenient for you, and finally tell me directly that there is no August Quotation, it’s useless if I reserve a seat now? It is completely different from what was asked a week ago.
Relying on the telecommunications union alone makes people feel bad, not because there is no place or not giving a star to the visit, but because the appointment made is forgotten, and the information introduced in the two calls is too far apart...not respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年先詢問也填完資料，說到了入學年便可以編班直接入學，好險有提早半年再確認，被告知已額滿無法收，且沒有預繳學費，在去年詢問都沒說清楚，現在這樣被告知感覺不是很好。預繳不是問題但總該先告知吧

It is a good risk that I have to confirm it half a year in advance. It doesn't feel good to be told. Prepayment is not a problem, but you should let me know first
