我胃食道逆流很嚴重也很容易胃脹不舒服，藥師推薦我吃高麗菜精，真的很有效！
吃完很快就打嗝，感覺把氣都排出去就沒有脹脹不舒服感
因為胃食道逆流引起的胸悶也改善很多～現在每天都會乖乖吃?
