洗鞋類可以,洗包款請三思 送洗LV包,洗了4個月還經歷維修,不是什麼貴重商品,但還是有一定價值,整個過程還要自己去追進度。服務態度是好,但整體感覺真的是沒有很好。

9/29送件給店家,要把皮夾改色-酒紅,評估過後收費$1600 也請店家就是盡量達到我的顏色需求 店家也告知改色可能的技術上的問題,我也都表明沒問題, 最後告知因大約11月中會完成,會致電通知我取件。 11月中過後,一直都沒有接到店家電話,想說可能工程繁複,所以我也沒有連絡詢問皮夾狀況, 直至11/25我按照取貨單據要撥打上面的電話詢問是否完成,電話是空號,用Google搜尋撥打的電話也是空號,所以我直接到店拿單要取件,到店過後,告知門市人員(應該是老闆娘) :11月中說會打電話叫我來拿但一直都沒有接到電話,撥打電話也都是空號,所以請問好了嗎?(當時看到皮夾較接近大紅色) 店家表示還沒有用好,要再補蓋一下,再次拿我的樣品拍照確認, 說12/8會好!我說那是直接過來店裡嗎?還是你們會打電話? 店家回覆直接到店裡就好 12/8我按照說好的,直接要到門市取件,我都還沒開口,店員就知道我要拿皮夾然後跟我說東西還沒好,我說好沒關係那請問什麼時候會好?回答說12月底一定用好!並且是打電話再跟我說到店裡拿 12月底,我還是一直沒有接到電話,直到1/5接到電話說好了 可以去拿了 我自認前面都是有禮貌也不催店家作業,因這是專業,期間又有中秋節慶,覺得做好了就會告知我去拿, 但接到電話我真的也是態度不好的:說已經1月了..... 店家說:還是幫妳送回去?我問送回去哪? os:我是到店交件的尾款都還沒付,送來給我我還不是要到店裡付清? 我說我再找時間過去拿,謝謝【以上通話都有錄音存證】 因為本身也是服務業,要輪早晚班,我要上班的時候你們還沒開,我下班的時候你們已經關了,只能用休假時間 1/5我剛好休假,但你們打電話來是21:07,就算我趕過去你們也打烊了! 1/11我休假終於去拿,皮夾也終於好了,但居然改的顏色不如我預期,是我要求高還是真的不一樣,照片也有存證,反應取貨一再更改時間也不告知,一個年紀較長的店員回覆是按照單排的,所以現在才好,那再跟您收尾款$900 我問號? 我都這樣跑了那麼多趟了會不付錢嗎? 你們可能是接洗鞋的單接到沒空用我的單才會一而再再而三的更改取貨時間,更改後到店甚至也沒用好! 店員態度很好很親切這是事實!但是這次的交易種種我真的受不起,之前錢包碰到酒精請你們處理或洗鞋都沒有這次這麼不愉快! 結論:絕對不推薦,也絕對不會再到貴門市! 成品當初說好了盡量,我也同意,但這樣幾經折騰,再拿到這樣的成品更為失望! 9/29~1/5 請想想你們讓顧客這樣一再跑卻都撲空換作是你會有什麼感受!
