前天暈眩去看病,覺得打疫苗期間的看診動線安排很讚,由護理師先問狀況,遇有呼吸道症狀的,立刻安排到角落位置等,楊醫師立刻出來在診所外騎樓看診,這安排讓人很安心! 我是預約在其他診所打疫苗,有病沒病的大家都在診所內等,聽到有患者自訴發燒喉嚨痛還有點拉肚子時,差點想奪門而出

我給五顆星,是因為google最多只能五顆,疫情報炸期間,診所被各種看診的擠爆,等著line視訊看診的人也幾百個,診所外也至少1.20個人在等。忙到焦頭爛額,可能要凌晨12點後才能下班,護理人員還是有條不紊的處理,病人有問題醫生也是有耐心地回答。我帶著4歲的姪女去鼻腔篩檢拿藥,領藥時診所還不忘有給小朋友的獎勵貼紙(因為小朋友極度抗拒快篩,很不舒服),這種小細節也記得沒落掉,即便我在那邊站了3.4個小時,我還是給滿分,給第一線醫護致上最深的敬意!!!

原本打電話想掛視訊診,沒料到護理人員竟然說直接現場掛號,我問:「我確診了,難道妳們不怕嗎?」她們回覆我,這裡的病患也都確診了啊! 我當場眼淚快流出來,醫護人員真的好偉大。
