跟好幾年前吃的差很多了,肉薄不說,還炸的比較黑+乾。以前淡淡金黃色,厚且有汁,記得當年連續吃了好幾天。沒記錯連滷蛋都沒了,菜也涼掉。雖然不能要求跟從前完全一樣,可是不要說些微差別,已經完全是不同口味了。倘若希望能傳承的話,真的希望可以在多用心些。

炸排骨裹麵包粉好吃,如果可以加上先煎半熟蛋一定會更好吃,很想推薦給大家,可惜排骨有時候會有油耗味,製程良率不穩定,用餐環境雜物過多,店家可能也想餬口就好,所以感覺不會很積極經營

雖然已經消失了,但還是得說一下, 嫩江街老店的口味就是基本上就是又油又香, 那時的排骨基本上起鍋後沒瀝乾多少油, 再加上白飯上的那些滷汁, 當時肉加飯一嘴下去滿口是油, 你或許會說這根本就不健康, 但這就是這家店的特色,也是好吃的所在之處。 明華路重新營業後,第一次去吃差別就出來了, 其實後面幾次也是, 白飯沒有那滷汁後,整個算是偏乾,排骨也是過乾, 雖然香氣依舊,但整個便當吃起來就是乾巴巴的, 當你的配菜無法表現的很突出時, 諸如像是鹹滷汁、肉燥汁或是菜圃酸菜之類的, 多少都能為便當加分不少, 很多便當店的主菜並不怎樣, 配菜也普普,甚至就是那些老三樣, 但就是因為那些東西的關係,客人依舊買單。 總之,如果要再出發,希望能回歸原點, 如果知道當初老店要收的話, 我一定會盡量去吃的,雖然那時我才國中,無法三餐老是在外, 每每一想起老店的味道,還是那一句老話 那飯,珍香啊!!!

這家是無意間經過看到小時候的口味而進去購買!真的很懷念小時候嫩江街老店的排骨跟大雞腿!當時珍香的排骨跟對面的井園便當可是不相上下!但是這家的味道好像少了小時候的魯汁!還有排骨炸太乾了!小時候吃的時候可是又油又香啊!懷念當時我國小到國中常吃的排骨!
