要把家人送進去前請三思⋯ 入住時收錢收的很爽快,出院時要退費就一堆七七八八,理由一堆要跑流程才能退費,整整拖三個禮拜才收到退款。 出院時去收拾物品發現少了自備的臉盆跟尿壺,到櫃台詢問一一清點才願意交出來,感受極差。

護理師很專業 環境也很好也都會隨時讓家屬知道長輩的情況並適時的調整營養餐。家中長輩在這裡受到的是「尊重」與「耐心關護」,感謝辛苦的護理人員們。 現今因爲經濟加上疫情讓家中行動不便或無法自理的長輩需請由護理中心之類的機構代為照顧。如果僅因付錢就是大爺的想法去要求機構以總統級看護服務,大可直接把長輩帶回家中申請看護照看。 長輩需要的是「親情」的陪伴以及感受到被關愛而不是遺棄。只要能讓長輩們身體清潔舒適 飲食正常又兼顧營養、時不時的與之互動,在半夜有狀況時立即性的協助就近送醫…。 做為家屬的我們無法親自在長輩身邊把屎把尿貼身照顧已經是件很無奈也無力的事了,然而療養機構把我們無法親自做的事情都做了。與我們而言只能感恩???

However, the sanatorium has done everything that we cannot do in person. We can only be grateful ???
