我們平常生活飲食都以外食為主。
外食的油膩有時偶爾造成身體的負擔。
生活飲食問題常消化不良胃脹氣..
喝果醋讓體內機能平衡..順口好喝_

我們用最簡單的做法:
✅加水（比例1:4）醋1水4
❤️飯後飲用
喝溫的，肚子胃脹氣舒緩很多。

加上冰塊?
再加上200-250cc氣泡水。
本來吃飽很撐難消化的感覺，
喝下去，滿上消化。
