首先，我在你們店裡買了十幾次，這十幾次都只有老闆娘一個人，我選完都是直接拿給她，她也未曾告訴我食材選完後碗籃要放左邊架子上，那我怎會知道？
再來，我只是去買個鹹酥雞而已，我沒聽清楚難道你身為老闆不能好好跟我講，一定要用吼的方式對我？
說真的我一直是你們店的忠實顧客，但是這一次的購買經驗真的非常差，老闆我不知道為何你當天要吼我，但是把自身的情緒發洩在顧客上是不對的。
