What is wrong with these people? I can’t get into the hospital to help a friend who had surgery, who is not mobile, who has no food. All because there is no one here to administer a PCR test, 2nd day in a row. And every day they tell you to come back the next day. My friend doesn’t have anyone with her to assist her. This is outrageous! They only do the minimum here and are not taking care of patients basic needs. 由小型診所轉診至榮總急診急診室門口就很主動接待遞交健保卡 各項表單填寫詢問迅速 服務專業 各項檢查人員很Nice親切 但開刀病房很缺 得等後排很長時間急診醫師開了 住院單和開刀日期(這結果是 我錯了 最好就是直接在急診室等才對 等開刀 急診醫生要講清楚說明白呀 沒經驗 我們內心慌張 誰知道啊) 溝通不良 結果按日期入住後一天 還是再等排開刀 等等等.... 等住院隔日隱約記得是下午約3:00左右(雖然有人說一週開刀很快 但病人的心是一天擔心一天 日益擔心狀況會嚴重惡化)

車禍當下沒什麼問題,醫生要我回家自行觀察,有問題隨時回醫院,幾天後因自己不小心去拉扯到受傷胸口引發劇烈疼痛,在幾小時的觀察下決定回到醫院,由於已經凌晨我也只能掛急診,一進去就聽到裡面人員在講又沒外傷幹嘛跑來掛急診,哈囉~你們知道你們講的話大家都可以聽到的嗎?還是故意講給我聽? 身為醫護人員落實檢傷分類很難嗎?尤其在還沒了解病人的狀況下這樣講,還兩個一臉不屑的樣子,之後被帶去照X光回來還是又聽到他們在聊天,欸靠!真的斷了欸,第四根。 先生小姐,你們的對話真的不要以為別人聽不到,病床和你們距離很近,雖然醫院不是服務業,但這種態度也太扯,不是要你們多盡心的服務任何病人或是我,但在職場上請拿出你們的專業和態度,連肋骨骨折該有的注意事項和照顧方式都沒說,只跟我說斷第五根,所以是第四還是第五?最後還只開止痛藥和下次回診時間,其他就什麼都沒講就叫我走人。 是啦,確定骨折時護理師有來問一下會不會喘,幫我用O2還是感謝。

在這之前要說:醫護人員辛苦了 雖然辛苦但是處理速度真的有待加強 所有檢查跟程序都完成了 就因為要該科的人要再看過一次 所以讓人在急診室乾等了將近兩小時 就為了等人來看一下才能放人 從下午兩點半進來急診到了晚上八點還不能離開 而且規定沒有完成所有程序都不準離開醫院 看完以上有要看急診的人 麻煩準備好長期抗戰的心情與食物 整天沒吃東西傷口一直流血而且血糖超低 也不讓人出去買東西吃急診室裡也沒有販售 我覺得人是活的 但規定是死的 而醫院是救活人的地方但在規定上卻是冷漠的

來急診,從前天晚上21點多坐到隔天下午4點,進去詢問加護今日是否有人出,連打電話詢問加護都沒有,只回不知道/不確定,可以打電話問確只回覆這樣,看就知道不想理我。 最後我看阿公自備的牛奶後詢問能否回家並留下電話回家,今天一大早來,發現牛奶3罐原封不動…所以阿公從我昨天下午回家到今天一大早都沒灌牛奶?是要餓死是嗎?我也說了隨call隨到,真的很忙的話可以叫我過來沒關係欸,兩餐沒餵是怎樣 不過看空一堆床感覺是沒有忙到爆炸啦!我也不在急診工作就不予置評。 阿公有呼吸器的重大傷病需要每天戴呼吸器8小時才有健保資格,來急診之前VS交代說要跟醫護說要戴呼吸器,但急診醫師說看生命跡象判斷不需要,我尊重醫師判斷、也尊重醫德,到早上VS一通電話就馬上裝了呼吸器⋯不知道會不會是因為這樣要讓護理師們弄機器,才給我阿公這樣特殊的待遇呢! 三顆星給予醫護人員在疫情時期的辛苦
