以振興券的活動來說時間價錢都是划算的,但RAV4車型的油錢是以一公里3.4元計,總體來說有點變相漲價給消費者的感覺。

論車況開起來沒什麼大問題,車內也整理的蠻乾淨的,唯車外坑坑疤疤的地方有點多,希望可以定期維護一下。

有先詢問車型,有告知是5年內新車,但以此車型來說,沒有定速真的很不方便,也沒有車用顯示,僅提供車內手機架而已,對大車不熟悉的駕駛可以買他們的免自付額保險。

我覺得你給客人有瑕疵的車子,客人要求換車是理所當然,你們應該趕快把這個問題的車子看看是不是真的有安全疑慮,看看應該如何處理,我們的要求並不過分,但是在場人員沒有做任何處理,只丟了一句話要加錢否則沒有車,這樣是對的嗎?之後有其他人員過來處理,才換了一輛車給我們,但是我還是覺得處理事情的態度很隨便,公司的立場應該比客人更關心安全問題才對,畢竟你們是如此大品牌的公司。

After realizing it 4 days after returning the car, we called the rental company and they managed to trace down our item though the car has been reassigned to another rental location. In the end, they sent the item back to us with no charge. Really great customer service, can’t ask for more!
