★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打第一通電話叫車說十分鐘，我卡在快十分下樓等了十分也沒車，我打電話去詢問，客服說什麼看不到我就走了、又派一台019說五分鐘，結果我一直在大門口等也沒見到車，我又打電話問，電話小姐又說見不到我車又走、扯的離譜、害我白白在門口站，天又冷，我又帶一個小朋友，真是讓人火冒三丈！
以後不可能再叫這家車了，服務極差！

It is impossible to call this car in the future, the service is extremely poor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我好好的開在慢車道，計程車司機從快車道直接切入慢車道，完全沒減速，與我擦撞後下車跟我大小聲，於是我妥善的報警處理。沒想到司機先生態度非常囂張，他說他有打方向燈，警察先生回他: 交通規則不是有打方向燈就是對的！
我非常能體恤計程車司機送客的辛苦，但遇到這樣的司機實在是讓人非常失望！態度非常的不友善，錯了又理直氣壯！
希望車行能夠好好審視一下這樣的狀況，我看了其他人的評論也是差不多的情況。
