In a well-managed building, employees are polite, and there are full-time personnel to direct traffic in and out of the parking lot. The lobby is large and bright. But management fees are never cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 白天去看屋,一進大廳在櫃檯看見一個女的短頭髮的有點年紀的,一臉撲克臉,不會笑兩眼直愣愣盯著人看,事後問過仲介原來那個是社區主任,另外櫃臺一個胖胖戴眼鏡的男生,始終沒有抬起頭,只顧著低頭看手機,這是怎樣的大樓,竟是這般的保全公司,若要買此大樓的人要多加思考啊
During the day, I went to see the house. When I entered the hall, I saw a woman’s short hair at the counter. I looked at the poker face. I didn’t smile and stared at the person. Afterwards, I asked the agent who was the community director. A fat boy wearing glasses at the counter never looked up and only looked down at the mobile phone. What kind of building is this kind of security company? If you want to buy this building, you should think more.
