但建設公司的採購發包三流品質，像衛浴、消防，機水電的內容都很低階入門，勉強說是首購屋水平，永信卻踩到狗屎運，賣到換屋族群價格，只能說XXX...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建案物件空間和諧宜人、室內規劃方正、周圍寧靜適合喜歡清靜的房客進駐，停車場挑高很壯觀、且附近生態良好可看到小蜥蜴遊走。
但銷售員的"服務教育訓練"需再重新訓練，避免讓客戶來看房，
印象深刻的不是房子，而是服務員輕浮的態度。
