★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很幸運板前的位置剛好在師傅旁邊可以近距離欣賞精湛的手藝，每上一貫握壽司都會介紹產地與吃法，其中柚子胡椒握壽司的獨特辣味驚艷了我的味蕾，而且醋飯的口感與捏握的軟硬度掌握得非常完美，黏性足夠而且沒有一粒米飯沾手或掉落，入口後馬上跟魚片融和在一起，展現達人級的握壽司精隨，個人非常喜歡。另外場外服務也非常細心，很值得推薦。
第三次來訪，已經改回紅醋飯了，滋味更完美了，師傅的手藝仍然是我心目中第一名，期待下此到訪。

是無菜單料理，東西好吃，但到底是否有那個價值，每個人心中都有一把尺，對我來說是沒吃過可以試試，但不會二訪的程度，或許等我年薪百萬之後想法又會不一樣吧，哈哈。
印象比較深刻的是老闆娘看熱茶不夠會幫忙倒茶，茶放久不熱但還很滿時就幫我整杯倒掉重裝。

What impressed me more was that the lady boss would help me to pour the tea when she saw that the hot tea was not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母親節跟愛吃日本料理的兒子不經意發現的店。老闆說原本應該是滿座的日子因為疫情的升溫，很多客人都取消了定位。整個店就我跟兒子兩個客人.
老板跟老闆娘都很親切，食物也好吃，但是整個course下來只有3道前菜，8個壽司，一個甜點跟一碗湯. 兩個人花了將近3800元，覺得蠻貴的！
建議想要前往用餐的朋友要有心理準備喔
