★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我買的是這間建設的透天，交屋後開始漏水，第二年外牆磁磚開始掉落，砸破採光罩，已經換了兩次採光罩，主臥窗戶漏水，陽台玻璃第三年爆裂了，自己改成欄杆式，只能說太嘔了

The main bedroom window leaks and the balcony glass is third. The year burst, and I changed it into a railing style. I can only say that it is too disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 澄德建設 不太ok。
我有買澄德建設的新成屋。
施工品質不太好，問題真的很多。(房子漏水、磁磚空心、外牆脫落、內部線路破損、油漆不講究、牆壁超多裂痕.......等等)
有跟澄德建設公司吵過，他們態度不是很積極，甚至要到消保官那裏協調。覺得真的很不ok。
Chengde construction is not very good.
I have a new house built in Chengde.
The construction quality is not very good, and there are really many problems. (The house is leaking, the tiles are hollow, the outer walls are falling off, the internal wiring is damaged, the paint is not careful, the walls are too cracked... etc.)
I have quarreled with Chengde Construction Company. Their attitude is not very positive, and they even have to coordinate with the consumer protection officer. I feel really bad.
