台銀果真是臺灣金融老大,軟硬體設施著實不行,我的前本存摺經常無法用機器整理,所以提前換存摺,沒想最近兩次ATM提錢後,又發生無法整理存摺,我有其他銀行存摺皆沒此現象,此事雖小但知微見著,不可不慎!

服務態度真的爛到刷新我三觀 接到銀行打來匯款單寫錯的電話 態度超急叫我帶收據去改 我手上有資料我可以先確認一下有沒有錯 但在電話裡就急著叫我過去... 過去之後 等待確認過程也沒椅子坐 最後確認沒寫錯 竟然直接轉頭就走耶??? 沒有一句道歉跟不好意思 就這樣走掉?????? 你們浪費我時間還當理所當然?????????? 以為我很閒嗎??? 好歹也說個不好意思吧 感受超差

走進貴行立馬感受到的就是裡面怨氣很重,撇開態度不講,因為根本連講都懶得講。 貴行放在ATM機那的刷卡簿機無法刷我的存款簿,上面寫著請洽櫃檯,我用了我寶貴的時間特地擇日前往!排到了1號,開門第一位(完全排除了可能已經上了一整天班,遇到很多鳥事,所以行員心情比較不好的疑慮) 等了一會後…(實在納悶,就換個簿子,為何能搞這麼久)??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ 自以為行員:先跟妳說,這次讓妳換,下次就不可以,因為是那台刷卡簿機器的問題,不是妳存款簿有問題! 我腎上腺素暴衝:妳們機器不能用就想辦法修啊!,跟我說幹嘛?(他妹的以為我很愛浪費我寶貴的時間跟妳互動喔!),這次讓我換,下次就不能讓我換?!??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ 建議:行員/主管 的素質要再提升,可以集體報名去參加心靈療癒課程好排除怨念,要不然就是至少在說話前想一下才說,自己到底在說什麼!~不客氣。
