★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 收到取貨簡訊去店裡說要取貨，結果女店員一臉不耐煩說貨還沒整理叫我下午再來拿。隔兩天再去取，男店員找了十分鐘說找不到貨，叫我留電話找到之後會打電話給我，結果等了兩天，完全沒打來（是有沒有在找？），這間店的電話打了一個晚上根本打不進去，我怎麼知道貨找到了沒？領個貨要等三天以上，要跑三次以上，有夠誇張。

很多萊爾富都窄窄小小，被包裹包圍的店，連坐的地方也拿來放包裹
總之，很喜歡這間萊爾富，還有買很多寄杯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來這間門市取貨，客人排隊排超長，但只有一位店員在櫃檯。
輪到我取貨後店員找很久，我看到放在窗邊於是提醒她，結果她竟然叫我自己去拿，然後先幫下一位結帳，而且我錢都已經放在櫃檯桌面上了（店員先說金額才拿貨），我拿取時店員也沒再次確認我拿的是否正確。
萬一我今天看到的那個包裹不是我的呢？或是我擺放在桌面上的錢被有心人士拿走了呢？
希望員工應變能力可以再多加強，也希望門市可以再增加人手，尤其是這麼大間的門市。不過我以後也不會再光臨了
