★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020/10/11，10:00致電貴公司想約看房子，該值班女性人員回覆：賣掉了，在不知道成交價多少的情況下隨意回覆一個價位，詢問預算時還被質疑，一屋一況每間價值不同，房子也隨著想購買的人願意出的價格也不一樣，素質非常的差，房子買賣是仲介商談出來的，若直接近乎開價就是成交價，貴公司有專業可言嗎？素質實在太差勁了。
