★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在看屋的時候很勤快的要人快點下斡旋，下斡旋會一直要人加價，等到成交後，就愛理不理，感覺沒仲介的事情，準備交屋也是東西還要買方處理，仲介連合約也不看清楚就直接站在賣方那邊亂說，想欺騙買方，這樣的服務，真讓人不敢領教。
