★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清潔前已告知家中有大片玻璃需清潔(是安全的)，主管還提前到過家中查看，建議我使用「兩位整天大掃除」的方案。沒想到其中一位清潔人員表示自己有懼高症，無法清潔玻璃，實在令人無語。清潔人員比表定時間提早離開後，我才發現瑜珈墊被髒鞋子踩髒了一整片，無法置信。之後，我向該名主管告知，窗戶沒有清理及請他關心該名員工的懼高症者情形，卻無法得到協助。
Before cleaning, I have informed that there is a large piece of glass in the house that needs to be cleaned (it is safe). The supervisor has also checked at the house in advance and suggested that I use the "two-person cleaning all day" plan. Unexpectedly, one of the cleaning staff said that he had a fear of heights and was unable to clean the glass, which was really speechless. After the cleaning staff left earlier than the scheduled time, I found that the yoga mat was covered by dirty shoes all over, which I couldn't believe. After that, I informed the supervisor that the windows had not been cleaned and asked him to care about the employee’s acrophobia, but he could not get assistance.
