遠傳訊號很差,連在高雄市區活動的家人都一直飽受困擾,建議大家可以跳到「台灣之星」,在市區真的是4G就很穩定。 遠傳在家裡常常斷訊還能忍耐(因為有中華電信wifi)最近換到新辦公室...直接沒訊號,聯絡工程師之後也是沒改善,回覆我:改善程度有限... 後來真的沒辦法因為工作需常常使用網路要求解約,遠傳還是採很硬,解約金我可以接受...但是因為買了吃到飽根本沒辦法使用...還要付高額違約,遠傳難道不知道貴公司這一年來的訊號真的極差嗎?後來客服只願意打點折扣,我也認了,只想趕快解決。 到了自由門市...小姐還先跟我報全額解約金,太不老實了,我過了許久確定他沒有開口說註記折扣的事,我才問:客服已經幫我做折扣,對方才尷尬的說..對??! 爛訊號+不夠專業的員工訓練
