★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has pretty much anything you would want for DIY, Arts, Crafts, and stationary. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. English is a rarity, but holding up your phone with the specific item in Chinese works fine. Some prices are more expensive than 小北, but its worth it.
