超爛的地方⋯一開始是用網路上賣的團購券去試試看,覺得手法還不錯就包課程 第二次去之後時間開始縮好縮滿,因為他們遇到任何問題都是口頭、電話告知,絕對不會讓你留有任何證據去證明他們曾經答應過或是說過的話,之後認為有任何不符合當初說的地方你都是求償無門的,針對此事甚至告訴我「誰叫你電話不錄音」。 而且第一次跟第二次是同一個美容師,但第二次去按摩完全無感,從頭到尾都在推銷,甚至一直批評我在其他地方花的錢都是沒有用都是浪費錢,還說我不用這樣傻傻的把錢花在不該花的地方;甚至過程到一半還有人任意進出,完全沒有事前告知事後道歉,跟店長反應後,甚至哭著表達自己的恐懼,店長表示會加強教育訓練,並且換一個美容師,我說我不要每次都讓人家這樣練習,店長才勉為其難地說他要自己服務 服務沒幾次就說要去開刀,好,身體有異狀我也認了,換一個老師感覺上還可以,課程做完離開後也告知我之後如何幫我安排課程 結果隔了一週再去,居然告訴我說上一次那個老師沒空,問我是要等他還是要換人做,是問我預約是心酸的嗎? 再度反應後得到的答案居然是,要幫我多換幾個老師看看我比較習慣哪一個?我明明說過我討厭讓人練習也討厭換來換去,況且前一次做完後並沒有詢問我是否需要換老師,就這樣自作主張的決定,甚至還是到了現場才告知我,人都到現場了要馬等要馬離開,用這種半強迫的方式逼人換老師;再來課程中包含排汗,課程前沒有給任何一杯水,課程中只給了紙杯的半杯水。 針對服務過程中受到的怠慢反應後,還毫不避諱的回嗆「為何過程中不告知,事後才放馬後炮」、「不會直接叫店長出來嗎?你沒問怎麼知道店長有沒有上班」,並且說「我們能出來開店做生意都是有臉有背景的人,很多事情總歸只是不想做」,使我直至今日想到依然害怕。 總而言之~只會靠五星送面膜還是其他等等之類的東西,來洗掉這些負評價,遇到問題只會打電話來講的很好聽,完全不敢在訊息上回覆對他們不利的事情,事後只會說他們沒有這樣說過、他們當初說的時候不是這樣。 雖然這一切讓我哭了一遍又一遍、既是委屈又是害怕,但我還是想公告這一切,避免下一個不合他們意的受害者誕生。 針對店家說我所說不實要告我誹謗,以上全部都是店家自己說的,需要回憶一下我全部都可以提供對話過程。 並特此聲明我個人不會有任何自殺、自殘等不利於自己的行為產生。

之前有買課程,這次只去四堂課就結束了。 每次課程結束都會被帶到小隔間或是櫃檯以簽名的名義行推銷之實,讓人默默感覺這是一個套路⋯⋯⋯ 一開始接待我的小姐建議我這次做排酸+胸部,我也不疑有他,想說胸部很久沒做了就一起做我也ok,過程中做了排酸、八寮、跟胸部,服務是還不錯,但我以為胸部跟八寮是一個套組,沒想到結束後簽名認真看才發現被扣了3堂課⋯⋯沒有被告知到會被扣三堂課有點傻眼 最後簽名時會有位叫做EN的小姐來問你剛剛做的如何,還會用你說的「不錯啊」一直叫你買課程,一直說現在有活動多便宜,一直強調調理很重要,但是口氣跟給人的感覺只會讓我覺得他越講我就越不想買! 我知道調理很重要,但只要是你來推銷我就是不想聽 就這樣!用完最後一堂課我就不會再來了,掰掰!
