★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 腰痛掛號費180，醫生連看都沒看，只說應該是肌肉受傷，然後問要不要自費100打針，會比較有效。打針的小姐不曉得實習還是剛畢業，打個針痛到不行，重點稀釋藥品用的食鹽水，似乎是上個用剩的（那種便利商店賣的攜帶用的），打完針後還痛了三天，完全沒路用。三天後打針的地方瘀青。不會再去第二次

但在我打開藥服用時，經分類卻意外發現有 "4" 種藥品
其中有顆可辨識"STD"、"777"的藥丸
經查為"ASCOFEN" 中文名:炎立消膜衣錠
並非收據上所示之藥品...
看來藥師並未逐一確認藥品以致拿錯藥
請盡快協助找到另一名拿錯藥的患者
