★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大概晚上六點的時候,一開始我是先電話訂餐餅皮部分想訂“雙層薄脆吉心餅皮”,因為怕點錯所以我是看著網路上的菜單點的,結果一個男店員跟我說吉心就是吉心薄脆就是薄脆,我問吉心是不是薄的結果他說要我等一下他去問,後來我又點了一個四倍次起司披薩他一直聽不清楚我大概重複了三次他才去換一個女店員,女店員馬上就聽懂並告訴我店內的活動四倍次起司沒辦法買大送大,後來我就先不點改成網上訂餐,結果訂餐時網上清清楚楚寫的“雙層薄脆吉心餅皮”,不懂那個店員是怎麼了,連自己店內賣什麼都不清楚的話不要接電話好嗎?被電話氣到欸,網路點餐也完全沒有大概多久可以取餐,大概半個小時後去拿回家吃都冷掉了,希望做好可以電話通知一下!到店內取餐的時候金額是1049我給店員1100結果店員翻了一下錢袋問我有沒有四塊錢,幸好我剛好有,但是當時店內有6位員工,連去換錢的時間都沒有嗎?我去的時候是有大概5位客人,但是這種零錢問題要提前準備好吧?很好奇如果我沒有4塊錢他要怎麼解決。服務態度是都沒問題的,只是真的有點馬馬虎虎,尤其是有6個店員的狀況下遇到這種情況實在是有點傻眼。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 網路訂6:15取餐,結果7點還拿不到,沒能力做出來就不要接單,母親節吃飯都被你們搞砸了!還不能退刷 說已經在做了,真是爛透了!最後等到7:45我才拿到我的披薩,最氣的是6:30問櫃臺說在做了15分後會好,等到七點問說再5分,又是無限等到7:30才跟我說炸蝦沒了要再等…。服務業很辛苦我理解,但做不到的事就說白要1小時再來拿,讓一堆人在外站一小個多小時,不是跟顧客說對不起就好吧!應該好好檢討行政流程是否有問題才能改善啊!
