★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是個購買興總建設的顧客，當初購買興總建設位於前鎮五甲公園的捷市旅大樓高樓層房子，原本以為該公司的品質能信賴，但從交屋後，房間牆壁開始龜裂，他們也只是派員來修補，並說是正常狀況，後來保固期過後，便想自己找人來重新油漆整理，經油漆師傅告知才發現原來他們的房子外牆都沒有做防水，才會造成房子濕氣太重，油漆脫落龜裂，所以奉勸大家要買興總建設的房子ㄧ定要多加注意小心
 I am a customer who bought Xing Zong Construction. I originally bought Xing Zong Building high-rise house located in Wujia Park in Qianzhen. I originally thought that the company's quality could be trusted, but after the delivery, the walls of the room began to crack. They just sent someone to repair it and said it was normal. Later, after the warranty period, they wanted to find someone to repaint and arrange it. After being informed by the painter, they found that the exterior walls of their house were not waterproofed, which would cause the house. The humidity is too heavy, and the paint is peeling off and cracked, so we advise everyone to buy a house constructed by Xingzong, so be careful.
