送洗衣服過程中,當場沒有預先報價格,還要等店家整理好後電話中報價,到了現場並沒有等客人同意,就先把某些衣服用乾洗了,沒有辦法退洗,只好讓他用乾洗的價格去洗、還當著客人面前用酒精擦桌子,有這麼急著擦桌子嗎?等客人走了再擦也不急吧,不尊重客人感覺和需求,沒技術就算了,態度差成這樣,一顆星都懶得給予。

聲明:本人在高雄市晶品洗衣店,沒送洗多年,去貴店是單次送洗兩件衣服100元,送洗間隔兩個禮拜以上,沒有如業者說:多年送洗時間,曾說過貴店態度好會洗,這次才會想讓貴店多洗一點衣服,沒想到嘗試一次讓人失望,收回之前良好的評價,不讓業者多洗衣服,態度立馬變差和現實,實在是不敢恭維,會留言是不希望再發生類似的事件,業者能夠改善,並非要唇槍舌戰,看到業者後續留言,找藉口和理由不想改善的感覺,頻道不同很無奈! 備注:關於業者當客人面前要消毒,先直接告知一下,可以配合業者,不要進來店裏,或者有其他對雙方更好的方式,而不是因為客戶退洗不消費,當著面前做消毒動作,趕客人的感覺,何況客人先在店外門口,先消毒噴酒精、尊重貴店進出管制、自我要求,不是洗不起貴店報價就退洗,而是對貴店報價流程和對於不洗的客人態度就不值得了,感謝貴店的指教,知道世界上還有這樣的店家。 -》收到貴店祝福《- 也祝福貴店生意好到沒時間用手機!
