家裡4台車保新安這麼多年 尊重客戶與會處理的理賠業務有遇到 但這次竟然遇到理賠業務自己處理流程有問題,反怪客戶不處理 難道只挑不會有意見的客戶? 保險到期 轉別家卡實在 要保的人 請三思~ (如果理賠程序與金額您有意見,理賠業務可是會嗆您喔)

因為申請理賠一直沒消息打0800也無法接聽,所以打了左營門市客服詢問一接到電話就聽到客服小姐親切爽朗的笑聲頓時心中不悅感全消失。
