詢問客服，是否有解決方案，
1.將門鎖插到底再轉動。
(廢話!我也知道鑰匙要到底才能開門，問題就是卡不進去)。
2.龍鋐在109年就給建設公司驗收完成。
(恩，建設公司在109年開賣，我在110年購屋交屋，111年詢問對方)。
如果想要換門換鎖的各位再三思一下。
對方客服是不錯，回覆問題迅速。
卻無法解決我的問題。
只能說他們的鎖品質蠻糟糕的。
(在正常狀況下，也太不耐用了)

Ask customer service if there is a solution,
1. Insert the door lock all the way and turn it.
(Nonsense! I also know that the key cannot be opened until the end, the problem is that the card can't get in).
2. In 2010, Long Hung completed the inspection and acceptance for the construction company.
(Well, the construction company started selling it in 109, I bought and handed over the house in 110, and asked the other party in 111).
If you want to change the door and change the lock, think again.
The customer service is good, and they respond quickly to questions.
But can't solve my problem.
I can only say that the quality of their locks is pretty bad.
(Under normal conditions, it's not durable too)
