★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來這裡，臨櫃的專員「蔡*真」小姐，令我改變以往對銀行人員（就是冷漠）的觀念，超熱心的服務態度，笑容可掬（雖然戴口罩，但我可以從她的眼神感受到），很專業、效率快速就算了，還非常有熱誠、耐心的解決我這銀行白痴的每個問題（二樓外匯部門的人員也很棒）
謝謝你們！在這個疫情嚴峻，必須每天面對這麼多人的情況下，還可以這麼有溫度的對待客戶！
