看診過程潦草,感覺很糟糕,經歷如下: 109年4月份眼睛被樹枝劃到,至上明眼科看診,沒做眼部清潔,只說裡面破皮,給了藥水和藥膏回去塗,1週後回診做表示已康復,結果5月11日凌晨4點被眼睛痛醒;至知名眼科看診表示眼角膜破皮如沒清理乾淨,角膜會長不好,反覆長了又因眼瞼或眼球轉動而一再撕裂,眼睛有異物感或疼痛,將長不好的角膜整個清掉後裝了保護角膜用的隱形眼鏡,給了藥水及口服藥 由4月回診到5月11日這期間眼睛有時會有異物感有時會痛一下,根本沒完全好,卻跟患者說可以,且回診時也沒測量視力,不知是因為我不專業,所以不懂,或是我們在眼科裡算小事,所以被輕忽潦草以待了 謝謝你們詳盡的回覆,根據內容我想做一些回應如下: 1.根據網路評論你們服務親切,第一次診療時確實也有同感,在等待診療時護士也幫忙點麻藥緩解疼痛。 2.我為我的言論負責,不因在網路上就隨便,我也很少在網路上做隨意的評論,更別說是負評,相信有方法的話也查得到,我是否會在網路上亂評論。 3.可接受醫療上同樣的傷有各種不同的治療方式,如何治療每個醫生都有自身專業上的判斷。 4.回覆中所說明的檢查確實都有,不會因目前眼睛的狀況就否定你們有做一切。 5.並無名醫迷思,也希望家附近有很棒很專業的眼科診所可讓大家安心治療。 6.可理解因前面有你們的治療,所以可能會讓所謂名醫撿到便宜(如同耳鼻喉科也會發生:因前面醫師的治療療程,結果病人在診所康復的事) 7.因第三次看診後回家還是頻頻流淚,實在沒辦法才隔天又去看眼科。 8.目前眼睛仍在治療中,要論結果還尚太早。 9.最後如貴診所只能接受正評論無法接受任何負評,相信覺得貴診所醫療很好的人還是會去,不會僅因一篇小小的負評就隨意動搖。 祝福因你們的用心經營和診療,診所欣欣向榮和醫病關係和樂。

掛號時,以跟掛號小姐告知,小孩因學校體檢,需檢查色弱,進診間,卻是告知視力不好,就這樣想要結束看診。提醒醫生檢查色弱時,卻是快速翻閱色弱卡,小孩根本來不及反應。領藥水時,藥師甚至是把藥水袋,直接往桌上扔。連小孩都覺得感覺很不好。

今天看眼科的人很多?前面有人建議要有號碼、不然等那麼久都不知道還有幾個人要等…人多就排隊吧。 今天下午;他們櫃檯藥師兼掛號、中間有一位驗光的先生、後面看診室有一位護士。 前面看完出來就叫下一號、接著護士會給看完的人健保卡、這樣才能去櫃檯拿藥~~輪到我也看完了、問題來了、我跟後面的人都沒辦法拿藥。 護士一直跟前面客人說明開刀的費用、這種幾萬那種幾萬…..一直沒將我們的看診紀錄輸入電腦、所以櫃檯沒法備藥、我們也沒健保卡拿藥….等了約20分鐘、我後面看診的阿嬤也問我、我們是在等拿藥嗎?我詢問櫃台、他客氣的說他們在處理了、等一下???這已經不是一下了~~ 又過了10分鐘??還是沒藥可以拿、我只能再詢問他們、可以請小姐先讓大家拿藥離開嗎? 人多排隊這是正常的、看完診因為其他因素拿不到藥、就說不過去了~~
