確實有一個店員口氣比較差，對於付了訂金卻自己疏忽要加錢改別台是比較傻眼，跟前面的評論一樣，租車前有告知弄髒要加錢跟油要加滿的問題，如果無法接受就真的不用來親身體會了。
看下面店員回覆一大段大概是誤會了（指導）跟（一直熄火）的定義了，回顧店家過往的回覆態度大概也沒什麼好期待的，希望給一星可以幫到更多人?

The regulations to rent as a foreigner are a bit complicated in Taiwan, however they support as much as they can and find try to find a solution together.
