因為離該店近,所以即使有的評論說服務態度不好,還是選擇該店。買了兩次,都是遇到老闆,遇到老闆可能要有心理準備他應對態度會讓人感覺不太好,尤其是付款後(或許很多店家也會),角鋼是各種size都有放在店裡,付了錢改天開車來載,老闆當場從架上拿出角鋼,要我自己搬上車,自己搬倒也無妨,看成做運動是好事,不過看了size比我預期大一點,客氣的問了可不可以換小一尺寸的,老闆有點不耐煩,還是當場換給我了,從頭到尾只問了句小個尺寸有沒有便宜點?老闆更不耐煩說原來尺寸已經算錯算便宜了,叫我不要再講那麼多...!態度讓我很意外,我就說聲謝謝沒再說任何話或爭吵...倒不在意有沒有退錢,不過購買兩次皆在付錢拿貨時用強勢態度不讓客人有商量空間,不二價也沒關係,那客氣的説已經很便宜了沒辦法再低不好嗎?是我以為圓融是生意良好之道錯了? 第一次購買當老闆個性就是如此,幾天後發現還要再一個架子於是再第二次購買,老闆介紹也很熱切,但拿角鋼那天態度就不一樣了,有「衝」的感覺,著實不同許多客氣與會協助客人搬貨上車的店家,各位要到該店購買的要有心理準備老闆可能的應對方式免得一樣的感受。一同去的朋友因為我買也跟著買了幾個,順便問一下有沒有其它支架可以加強穩定度,老闆也不耐煩說,我的角鋼不會不穩啦....我們就摸著鼻子拿角鋼離開了。 回應老闆:我看評論都會從低分的看起,畢竟網路評論好的,有真有假,尤其像老闆回應這麼快有在經營網評的、給好評的人本身很少在評論的 ,更要看仔細判斷是真的評論還是幫忙灌水的。至於老闆質問哪有過去網評說態度不好的,您可以去看看過去低分的評論,況且老闆自己都承認對我們態度不好了。再來我也不知道我或我朋友哪裡是奧客了?只要您說的出來我有誇大、隱瞞的,我ㄧ定檢討道歉,還是因為評論不是老闆想聽的?或者不想給換,那您說不行換,我也不會換,也在此跟您道歉我改單了,況且換小ㄧ尺寸照大尺寸價格,不管您是不是真算錯,我都比原來更吃虧了,也沒要求就不換了。我不認為生意需要「顧客永遠對的」,不過生意是契約與協商,所以老闆不給任何降價空間我也都馬上接受沒盧小小,給低分的點都在老闆處理方式與說的話給我的感受。以兩次交手不意外老闆網評被打低分會很生氣,不過顧客點出問題,老闆可以有建設的覺得可以改善讓生意更好或否認顧客、謾罵也就看您了,我也不會跟您謾罵,我只是將自身經歷原音音重現並給出評論,您不歡迎我也真的沒關係啊,不論角鋼買貴、買便宜我都還是買了,也會用。打擾了。 關於老闆的再回覆第一點,您整個交易過程都沒說過喔,我也客氣問能不能換,如果難處那麼多可以當場說,而不是不客氣的一句「不要再跟我說那麼多」,或許是溝通不良,不過這是老闆選擇的方式啊。我想社會上每個人、每個的店家都認真在工作、生活,我無意也沒傷害您認真經營的事業,網路評論找到貴店,自然也在網路反應。我文筆也沒很好,不過我一向也是客氣、真實待人,也不敢說對社會有多大貢獻,不過生活購物經驗分享未必就不是對社會有貢獻,如果評論沒意義,那老闆就更不用在乎整個google評論或大家的回應,不是嗎?事業貢獻就不勞您操心了,我也一直很努力在助人。

110/9月訂購他們的角鋼架6仟多接近7仟元,銷售的時候說什麼都會幫我們弄得好好的什麼都沒有問題;到貨了老闆沒交代要組裝所以只好自己做、好那就算了。組裝的時候發現中間支撐柱、跟別人完全不一樣是沒有打洞沒有插銷;自己要用木槌慢慢敲才可以卡進去,敲到都掉漆,還要看YouTube網路的教學還是別人的影片,老闆銷售前跟銷售後是兩樣情;打電話詢問老闆接通後叫你自己敲;叫我去店裏教我結果騎車到店裡面完全沒有人,門關起來裡面沒有燈。打電話完全不想回應而且還直接關機進語音信箱。大家購買前請仔細考慮一下多比較一下免得自己受罪
