8月13號打客服報修一年的松井移動式冷氣壞了,客服回5天內來收貨,到8月26連電話也沒有,售後服務真的要加強
On August 13th, the customer service reported that the Matsui mobile air-conditioner was broken for one year. The customer service returned the goods within 5 days. Until August 26, there was no phone call. The after-sales service really needs to be strengthened.

洗衣機用第一次,進水管就斷了,寫信問客服,叫我去原購買的地方做申請,然後去了原購買地方申請了,客服又改口說進水管不在保固內,奉勸要買洗衣機的人不要買。

售後維修非常糟糕,光是等物流取件就可以搞1個多禮拜,來回都要快兩週 更扯的是明明是機器有問題,還一直把問題丟到消費者身上,半年來回修了四次,到底是誰的問題! 非常極度不推薦他們家的產品?
After-sales maintenance is very bad, just waiting for the logistics to pick up the pieces for more than 1 week, going back and forth for two weeks What's more is that there is a problem with the machine. I have always thrown the problem on the consumer. I have repaired it four times in half a year. Who is the problem? Very highly recommend their products ?

這家售後服務真的十分糟糕,回答一直在跳針,很不專業,給人感覺就是在做切割,推卸責任。買小家電還是要選有口碑的大廠,不要找這種公司。
This after-sales service is really bad. The answer is always skipping stitches, very unprofessional. It feels like cutting and shirking responsibility. To buy small household appliances, you still have to choose a large manufacturer with a reputation, not a company of this kind.

在momo網購買麗晶公司的里奧克斯移動式冷氣標榜40分貝 結果第一次送到的完全沒有冷氣。退換貨結果除了引擎大聲還多了二種受不了的撕裂聲跟好像沒有鎖緊的滋滋聲
I bought Regent’s Leoques mobile air conditioner on momo. It advertised 40 decibels. The result was no air conditioner at all for the first time. In addition to the loud engine noise, there are two more unbearable tearing noises and the squeaking noise that seems not to be locked.

剛剛詢問移動式冷氣排水問題, 技術部(高雄仁武)的回應非常客氣也很有耐心,非常感謝他讓我的不安消弭於無形。
Just asked about the mobile air-conditioning drainage problem, The response from the Technical Department (Kaohsiung Renwu) was very polite and patient. I am very grateful to him for making my anxiety disappear.

售後服務專業度非常差,買靜音冰箱冷度不符合說明書標註,落差至少5度以上,但在其他地方使用過,明明正常產品的冰度是很正常的,反映後也只收到"本來就不會很冷",他們本來就是賣給飯店的回覆(所以現在在momo平台上買到的BtoC的我們是???) 送修後送回的冰箱角被撞壞,反應後再送來的冰箱,冰箱角又被撞到,再次反應後也只表示是物流的問題,後續連繫才表示要兩周後才有新的一批新品,但是過了兩周後也沒有消息,消費者被放在旁邊晾,還要自己連繫後客服才說還要再等一周(前後加起來是等將近1個月),真的是一間很不負責任的公司 非常不建議消費者跟這間公司購買產品!!

New product, but there is no news after two weeks. Consumers were left to dry and the customer service said that they would have to wait another week (together before and after, it was almost 1 month). Very irresponsible company Consumers are not recommended to buy products from this company!!

打了快一個禮拜電話都沒人接,請問是在哈瞜? 小冰箱恆溫使用也沒一直調整溫度,用不到兩個月就壞了 我也是傻了 真的是很爛的公司喔^^
