你們新竹貨運送貨員態度很不佳，不想賺就讓給其他貨運公司賺，不要每次送貨來都那麼兇…沒有我們消費你們也沒錢賺……
PS：我從來沒給過一顆星的，我忍很久了，今天我的貨物還被用踢的，凍未條啊！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為我寄的物品是比較貴重的，我先去大榮，大榮說他們的貨物沒有分輕重，都會堆疊起來，他說新竹的會分輕貨跟重貨，所以請我來新竹貨運寄.
我來新竹貨運站址寄貨，我前面一個大哥，就看外面收貨台沒人，所以走上樓梯進去辦公室詢問，那樓梯有擋起來(因為疫情的關係吧)，後來人出來處理收件了，還不客氣地請那位大哥下去等，難道口氣不能好一點嗎?
客人是因為等不到人來處理才上去詢問的餒，我在旁邊看，若是我這樣被說，我一定會不爽的啊!!
換我的時候，我說我的物品比較貴重，那位收件的就感覺不太愛收，我就說，我先去大榮過了，大榮的說比較貴重的可以來你們這邊寄，但你遲疑那麼久，我說不是可以貼此面朝上，貴重物品貼紙在上面嗎?
他說，貼了還是一樣，其實我有點傻眼了，我說不要太重的物品壓上去就好，因為裡面有緩衝包還承受得住，這樣才勉強讓我寄的.
若真的不能寄貴重物品，不能建議客人去寄郵局或7-11之類的嗎?畢竟我們沒有這些觀念，客人是可以教育的啊，只要口氣態度不要差，我們都可以接受，也不會給負評的.
感受雖然沒到很差，但滿傻眼的倒是!!
