因為我寄的物品是比較貴重的,我先去大榮,大榮說他們的貨物沒有分輕重,都會堆疊起來,他說新竹的會分輕貨跟重貨,所以請我來新竹貨運寄. 我來新竹貨運站址寄貨,我前面一個大哥,就看外面收貨台沒人,所以走上樓梯進去辦公室詢問,那樓梯有擋起來(因為疫情的關係吧),後來人出來處理收件了,還不客氣地請那位大哥下去等,難道口氣不能好一點嗎? 客人是因為等不到人來處理才上去詢問的餒,我在旁邊看,若是我這樣被說,我一定會不爽的啊!! 換我的時候,我說我的物品比較貴重,那位收件的就感覺不太愛收,我就說,我先去大榮過了,大榮的說比較貴重的可以來你們這邊寄,但你遲疑那麼久,我說不是可以貼此面朝上,貴重物品貼紙在上面嗎? 他說,貼了還是一樣,其實我有點傻眼了,我說不要太重的物品壓上去就好,因為裡面有緩衝包還承受得住,這樣才勉強讓我寄的. 若真的不能寄貴重物品,不能建議客人去寄郵局或7-11之類的嗎?畢竟我們沒有這些觀念,客人是可以教育的啊,只要口氣態度不要差,我們都可以接受,也不會給負評的. 感受雖然沒到很差,但滿傻眼的倒是!!
