當天有吃麵食⋯但湯頭沒有讓我驚豔,倒是餃子咬下都有少量高湯溢出,這點很加分。之後會宅配冷凍(牛肉餃子)很不錯喔。都不需要再沾醬油⋯⋯已經剛剛好100分的調味在裡面

I like the handmade Q elastic feel of the dumpling wrapper. No special requirements are needed. Naturally cooked just right, it will be overcooked in many places.
I ate noodles that day...but the soup did not surprise me, but a small amount of broth overflowed under the bite of the dumplings, which is a bonus. Later, it will be served with frozen (beef dumplings). There is no need to dip soy sauce...it’s already just 100 minutes of seasoning in it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人很喜歡「青島餃子」的水餃。皮薄餡多,一口咬下去還有鮮甜的湯汁流出來⋯今天點的是韭菜水餃! 韭菜的香氣十足, 內餡的肉肥瘦適當, 據曾是棒球選手的老闆說是肥瘦3:7的黃金比例。
牆上掛著老闆年輕時參加三商職業棒球隊時的帥氣照片!還有1990年跟旅日國手王貞治的合照呢!
本來想訂高麗菜水餃當年夜飯的「金元寶」,經老闆說明才知道高麗菜口味的水餃是南方口味, 他們真正的北方水餃是沒有這個食材的。 真的是長知識了?!
