★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 希望能加強員工訓練，員工對於一些基本業務申辦不熟悉亦不流暢，只是SIM卡壞掉要重新過卡換一張新的，該小姐處理了半個小時還未經過先行顧客同意，就讓別人插隊，感受真的很差，最後我們在那裡等了快一個小時小姐才順利辦完。
