乾麵被過多的湯汁浸潤，不夠Q彈。
4星不改留給我記憶中的美好。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乾淨衛生，刀削麵現點現做，沒有先做起來等客人點餐後再覆熱，小菜一般有豆干、海帶、大腸頭、百頁、大豆干等。刀削麵麵條有嚼勁，口味很好。讚！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉刀削麵的牛肉不錯吃，肉蠻大塊美中不足是僅有兩塊肉，老闆娘真的蠻親切，環境乾淨整潔用餐起來很舒適，不知道是不是我們來的時間是下午所以小菜種類較少，整體上來說用餐感受蠻好的！
The beef slicing noodles is delicious. The meat is quite large. The only drawback is that there are only two pieces of meat. The proprietress is really kind, and the environment is clean and tidy. The dining is very comfortable. I don’t know if we are here in the afternoon so there are fewer types of side dishes. The dining experience is pretty good!
