樺塑企業成立於1982年，專精於精密模具製造與塑膠射出成型。早期以設計製造多樣化之消費性塑膠射出成型模具與塑膠產品為主。於1992年成功開發IC Tray並開始量產，從此進入半導體封測產業的包裝材料供應鏈，並伴隨台灣封測產業快速成長。
於1998年建立Embossed Carrier Tape生產線，陸續獲得國內、外各大IC封裝、測試廠的認可。2003年再開發生產Chip Tray，建立完整的IC承載包裝之產品組合。三十年來，樺塑已成為全球IC Tray、 Tape & Reel及Chip Tray等產品之領導供應商之一，客戶群分布涵蓋台灣、中國、日本、韓國、新加坡、馬來西亞、菲律賓及泰國，並於新加坡、日本設有服務據點。樺塑已成為台灣唯一能提供IC Tray、 Tape & Reel及Chip Tray等IC承載包裝完整產品線之製造公司。

看了我資歷就說我不合適
搞不清為何不合適，那幹嘛還叫我去聽他說了兩三小時這番廢話。
只是2D而已，以為誰不會啊！
爛透，是他怕別人搶他頭路吧
我2D/3D都會，他不知所云，浪費我一整個下午時間，聽他這個一堆廢話連篇。真的很嘔
