板條是做成乾麵的感覺，調味的部分油蔥味道蠻濃的，油蔥味敏感者要留意
最後還有點一個涼拌海蜇皮還有進步空間，調味的部分不是很喜歡，海蜇皮和榨菜混搭在一起的口感也不是很對( ･᷄ὢ･᷅ )
