★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日晚上約7.想去該藥方詢問是否可以換口罩，然而家中長輩經過詢問過後跟店主說想要跟家人討論再確定是否要用買的。殊不知第二次進去之後老闆居然口氣很差地拒賣口罩，我們身為客人的態度都很客氣，因此讓媽媽的心情很差。想要試問服務態度是可以這麼隨便的嗎？原先打算用健保卡購買後，得知該藥局只有在販賣口罩，因此經過一番討論後再去購買並無不妥吧？
請店家好好重新檢視你們的服務態度，謝謝。
