本人父母來看診的角色是病患，老人家問問題的時候，請不要以軍官態度訓斥小兵（父母轉述)的口吻，讓他們老人家覺得很受傷。
雖然我們當兒女的白天要上班，下班回來診所都關門了，加上父母不願意我們當兒女的特地請假，陪同他們去就醫。導致父母常常獨自去看診。
相信院長的醫術高明，但是，麻煩對獨自前來看診的老人家問問題時多一點耐心，謝謝！
