★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用餐內部有冷氣，吃川味就怕冷氣不夠涼，用餐環境佳，擺設，桌面乾淨，空氣佳(一入門就聞到川菜館會聞到的香料，花椒，二荊條混雜出來的香氣)，麵條好吃，也Q勁，湯頭偏淡但也不失風味，肉品這方面的保存失當，風味流逝，口味不佳，口感也不佳。滷味很普通，跟一般台式滷味差不多，滷製的小菜就吃不出來川菜的靈魂，當日用餐環繞五隻蒼蠅，導致用餐過程本人相當忙碌驅趕蒼蠅！有下次有機會造訪應該跟老闆說要正宗的川菜口味！

點餐內容：重慶小麵、紅燒牛肉麵、宜賓燃麵、小炒肉絲麵、紅油抄手、小菜...等等。
優：1.香味獨特2.麵量足(我後悔加麵了)3.滷菜非常入味
缺：1.店內提供冬瓜茶較淡(免費所以沒得嫌) 2.乾麵水稍微多，撈乾一點會更好。
實際上我最想給的分數是4.5，因為4低了點，權衡之下我覺得給五顆星比較接近實況。看到最近幾個負評我覺得蠻奇怪的，店內環境和店員整體態度都很好啊！我還會常去！

主體偏酸，帶辣味，沒有麻的成分
燃麵的麵體像外省麵那種Q彈帶勁，佐料味道是我以前沒吃過的味道，我覺得普通

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地點位在公園東路上靠近85°c咖啡旁、辣匠火鍋正對面，位子不難找，停車也算方便，店家態度親切，用餐環境乾淨舒適。
酸辣粉小辣挺辣的?不過店家會先討論辣度，不夠辣也還可以再加，酸辣粉本身Q彈度稍嫌不足，但調味很不錯。泡椒皮蛋有些可惜不夠辣也沒有麻?皮蛋本身倒是很夠味??
以岡山賣四川麵類來說還是值得推推??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 算是岡山環境舒適的麵館，進門看到一整盤的辣椒，不過餐點並沒有那麼辣。
1. 滷菜滷得蠻入味，建議加麻辣更好吃
2. 麵跟燙青菜淋的肉燥不夠香，有點可惜
3. 紅油抄手醬汁，也沒有滷菜麻辣的花椒香氣
