好吃且價格不貴；店內有用餐空間。
配料有大腸、牡蠣、香菜、黑醋、蒜泥、辣椒；可任意選配。
前五項為內建基本款，若有不需要的部分需先提出。
於店內用餐的話，不會預先加入黑醋與辣椒，這兩項配料有裝瓶置於餐桌上，可依個人喜好自行添加。
麵條為中等款，不會太粉也不會太滑；整體口味較為濃郁。
偶爾客人多的時候上午九點左右便會完售，非常想吃的話建議早點出門。

Ingredients are large intestine, oysters, parsley, black vinegar, garlic, peppers; optional.
The first five items are the built-in basic models.
Black vinegar and chilli are not added in advance when dining in the restaurant. These two ingredients are bottled on the table and can be added according to personal preference.
The noodles are medium in size and are not too powdery or too slippery; the overall taste is more intense.
Occasionally, when there are many customers, it will be sold out around 9am. If you really want to eat, it is recommended to go out early.
