★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家看似平凡的汕頭意麵，麵條唰嘴好吃，而來這邊吃麵，更不能錯過的就是這碗骨仔肉湯，整支大骨上滿滿富有膠質的熟肉，而且煮到相當軟爛，用筷子就可以剝下，光沾些醬油就非常美味了，配上濃郁的大骨湯，更是甘甜好喝。
This seemingly ordinary Shantou pasta, the noodles are delicious. When you come here to eat noodles, you can't miss this bowl of bone broth. The whole big bone is full of gelatinous cooked meat, and boiled. It is quite soft and can be peeled off with chopsticks. It is very delicious just dipped in some soy sauce. It is even sweeter and delicious with the rich big bone soup.
