The company’s welfare is not good. It takes half a year to 9 months to get a full-time job. The employees are not easy to get along with and crowd out newcomers. Taiwanese are all with foreign workers. I sincerely recommend to improve the quality of employees and their education. Retire if they retire, or newcomers. Without a chance to be in position, you will never make progress, you will only be unable to recruit personnel directly.
